This weekend Miami Air International, a charter flight company, announced the closure of its operations, after 29 years of operating flights.
The reason for the closure of operations was logically the current crisis, added to the fact that the company did not receive a proposal from the North American Government to finance its operations.
In total, Miami Air operated with four Boeing 737-800 aircraft, meeting demands via wet-leasing, transporting government personnel, sports teams and chartered tourist trips.
