The news was released today by MUSAL itself through social networks.

O Museum it will be open from tuesday to sunday, from 9 am to 16 pm, with free entry and free parking.

With the arrival of the pandemic, several public spaces had to close their doors to visitors and MUSAL was no different. The first note on the impacts of COVID on the site was published on March 30, 2020, referring to the postponement of a concert by singer Nando Reis.

However, during this time, museum staff (curators, istration, restorers and others) continued to work.

The place underwent renovations, even getting new rooms. MUSAL also served as one of the drive-thru vaccination posts against COVID-19, an activity that ended on the 13th of this month. In April, the museum staff completed the restoration of a Pilatus P-3 that belonged to the Navy and FAB.
