In a ceremony held at Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (KSRQ), the Pilate and airport authorities signed an agreement to build a new state-of-the-art sales and service facility on the north side of the airport.
The new sales and service facility will include a Customer Service Center with more than 50 employees dedicated to aircraft sales, service, design and delivery in the southeastern United States. With the US being the largest market for business aircraft in the Pilate, this investment aims to provide a world-class property experience for its customers.
Operation of the new facility is expected to begin in mid-2026. In the future, the Pilate plans to expand its activities in Bradenton to include final assembly and delivery of aircraft in North and South America, with the possible creation of up to 300 jobs.

Florida and the US East Coast are the leading global hub for aircraft operations, sales and service Pilate, with more than 6.200 flights Pilate held in Florida in 2022. The new facility in Bradenton is part of the company's strategy to the company's fleet of more than 2.250 aircraft Pilate in North and South America.
The new facility's design and customer service practices will be shared with the global network of Authorized Sales and Service Centers Pilate.
