After recently announcing the route to Cancun, the low-cost airline has added a new Caribbean destination.
Starting this week, Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic, one of the most popular destinations for Chileans, is part of the international route of Sky Airline, a low-cost Chilean airline. The new frequency is offered from Lima and is part of the company's expansion plan in Latin America.
“Just over a month after launching our route to Cancún, today we are already opening a new destination to Punta Cana, with the aim of expanding and diversifying our international offer even more at prices never seen before, so that more people can fly , democratizing travel”, said Carmen Gloria Serrat, commercial director of SKY.
With the incorporation of this new route and Cancun, SKY already operates in six countries: Uruguay, Argentina, Brazil and Peru, in addition to Mexico and, of course, Chile.
In Brazil, Sky has been operating since November 2018 and operates four weekly routes: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Florianópolis and, more recently, Salvador.
All routes to Brazil are operated with the new fleet of A320neo aircraft, the newest and most modern of a low-cost airline in South America. Information and reservations at www.skyairline.com .
