Sales of Embraer's Ipanema agricultural plane increase 48% in 2021

The agricultural aviation division of Embraer reached the mark of 37 Ipanema aircraft sold by the end of April, which represents an increase of 48% in relation to the 25 aircraft sold throughout 2020. The increase follows a growth trend that has been taking place in the sector in the last years.

Around 90% of the ordered aircraft are expected to be delivered in the second half of this year. With nearly 1.500 units produced over five decades, the Ipanema leads the segment with a 60% share of the domestic market.
