Smiles, GOL's loyalty program, launched the new flight rescheduling feature - it is now possible for Smiles customers to reschedule, in a volunteer, flights with GOL issued by Smiles.
Voluntary rebooking, which is one carried out by the enger for personal or unforeseen reasons, can be carried out for national and international flights, and it is possible to change the date and/or time. The entire process works within the Smiles website, the customer just needs to visit https://www.smiles.com.br/ access your , then follow these steps: My Flights > Flights > Reschedule Flights.
