The National Union of Aeronauts ( SNA) has sent a letter to the Procon of São Paulo requesting measures regarding the difficulty of accessing VIP lounges at airports by crew participating in the LoungeKey program. According to the aeronauts, even when presenting an airline ticket and a credit card participating in the program, they are prevented from accessing the space in uniform, due to a recent change in the program's usage policy.
