An analysis of industry data conducted by Airbus Corporate Jets (ACJ) reveals that Latin America and the Caribbean for approximately one in eight of the world’s business jets. There are currently 24.442 business jets in operation globally, of which 2.975 (12%) are ed in Latin America and the Caribbean.
After the United States, which has 15.492 executive aircraft, Brazil has the second largest number in the world with 1.103 private jets, followed by Mexico, with
1.030 jets. This volume, combined with the average age of the fleet, highlights a high potential for renewal in the region.
