A Red Wings Airlines Sukhoi Superjet 100 left the runway after skidding during landing in Norilsk, Russia, the aircraft had 81 engers and six crew on board.
O Sukhoi superjet registration number RA-89138 was in the final moments of flight WZ-1279 that departed from the city of Chelyabinsk, also in Russia, the flight lasted approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
The aircraft skidded on the runway moving to the left side and traveling even more 30 meters after leaving the runway. The Investigation Committee has already started investigations into the Sukhoi incident. No engers or crew were injured in the incident.
“During the verification, an assessment will be made of both the actions of the crew and the actions of the aerodrome ground services.” Said the Committee.
