MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out recruitment and selection processes for professionals, according to procedures and R&S Guideline;
  • Carry out the Integration process for the new employee, in order to inform them about the culture, values, and work environment, highlighting important information for their working life;
  • Contribute to entries and verification of employee registration data;
  • Launch justifications and certificates for the future treatment of the point, helping to guarantee the veracity of the data included in the employees' payroll, by applying the Attendance Control Guideline (Electronic Point);
  • Provide assistance in checking your Unit/Regional's payroll, helping to avoid errors in the payment of employees in your Unit/Regional;
  • Ensure adequate service to employees/leaders when clarifying doubts on matters relevant to the area, within the cordiality, education and kindness, essential for a good relationship in the work environment;
  • Assist in the process of talent management and career planning;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist and guide activities related to occupational health;
  • Assist in preparing and updating area-specific programs and documents;
  • Provide in ission, periodical, job change, return to work and dismissal medical examinations, as directed by the Occupational Physician;
  • Analyze, guide and issue an opinion/report in cases of professional rehabilitation and readjustment of function;
  • Provide to professionals in the field of Occupational Safety regarding actions to be taken with employees, including monitoring employees involved in accidents within the company;
