Textron Aviation announces delivery of 400th Cessna Citation Latitude

This Tuesday (13), the Textron Aviation announced the delivery of the 400th executive jet Cessna Citation Latitude to your long-time customer, Simmons Foods, a family-owned company in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, in business since 1949.

With the new jet, the Simmons Foods aims to improve the efficiency of its corporate travel, reinforcing its existing fleet of three Citation jets, which are essential for its operations at various points.

Since its certification in 2015, the Citation Latitude it was the most delivered midsize executive jet in the world for eight consecutive years. With a flat-floor cabin design and room for nine engers, the jet can fly directly between locations such as New York and Los Angeles or Vancouver and Guatemala City.

With a wide range of uses, the Citation Latitude excels in areas such as corporate transport, charter, personal travel, air ambulance, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) operations, utility transport, aerial survey, flight inspections, training, in addition to several other specialized missions.
