Total began operations this past week with its new aircraft, a Boeing 737-400F, registration PS-TLA, which arrived in São José dos Campos in recent months, undergoing several visual changes before entering the fleet.
Since August 17th, the aircraft has been carrying out cargo flights, the first being to Galeão Airport, in Rio de Janeiro, taking off from Guarulhos Airport (São Paulo).
Soon after, the aircraft operated flights from Guarulhos International Airport, in São Paulo, to Eduardo Gomes International Airport, in Manaus. Since the 19th, however, Total has not operated flights with PS-TLA.

Previously this plane flew under the registration SP-LLG on the Polish airline LOT Polish. LOT was also the same company to operate this aircraft, which was manufactured in 1997.
The Boeing 737-400 Cargo model aircraft can carry up to 20 tons on each flight, distributed on 11 pallets inside the aircraft.
With this aircraft, Total is starting to modernize its fleet, which until then consisted only of Boeing 727F aircraft. In addition, the company competes directly with Sideral on the SP-Manaus route, which already used the 737 Classic Cargo, and Azul Cargo, which uses the 737-400F, but operating from Viracopos (Campinas).
