This Monday (2), the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region judged and rejected the motion for clarification that the SNA and the AAPT (Association of Retirees and Pensioners of Transbrasil) presented in the Aerus case.
With this decision, the judgment handed down on October 28, 2019, which condemned the Federal Government in second instance for illegal acts promoted in the Aerus pension fund, is maintained in full.

The TRF-1 judged the appeal that aimed to clarify omissions, contradictions and obscurities, among them the extension of the condemnation imposed by the Union to all the participants of the Aerus.
The SNA and AAPT will continue to fight for compensation to be granted to all Aerus participants, regardless of sponsor, and will evaluate the of the decision to file a new appeal with the court itself or higher courts.
