With the 'Challenge TudoAzul', participants will be able to remain in the program if they meet at least one objective of the action until December 15 of this year
With the accumulation of points still impacted by the pandemic, the All blue is launching the “Desafio TudoAzul”, an action aimed at engaging Customers in the Azul loyalty program and helping them keep their benefits active for the coming year.
Due to be completed by December 15th of this year, the challenge consists of encouraging TudoAzul Customers to complete at least one of the proposed objectives to remain in the program category in which they already are. There are five possibilities:
- Buy and Fly with Azul (in Reais, points or points + cash);
- Subscribe to the annual TudoAzul Club;
- Accumulate at least 20.000 points at TudoAzul (valid for points from Retail Partners, Purchase of Points, Transfer of credit card points, TudoAzul Club and Air Tickets);
- Accumulate points on the Azul Itaucard card (valid for new applicants and for people already holding the card)
- Redeem at Shopping TudoAzul.
Customers who have already reached the qualifying points needed to maintain or move up in category are guaranteed the tier and do not need to participate in the action.
“Our goal with this action is to provide opportunities for Customers who have always been engaged with TudoAzul to be able to extend their status. We know that this last year has been very challenging and we understand that it was important to create a dynamic for us to maintain the benefits in 2022”, explains Giulliana Mesquita, Product Manager at TudoAzul.
