Video – Painting of the first Embraer E190-E2 by Helvetic Airways

Helvetic Airways is set to be the newest customer for the Embraer E190-E2, and Embraer has already released the livery for the new aircraft that the company will receive in the coming months.
The video was recorded in Embraer's special paint hangar, located in São José dos Campos (SP). In it, we can see the Brazilian manufacturer's painting process without the final assembly of the aircraft, reducing the space required and facilitating the process, which speeds up the manufacturing of aircraft without increasing the physical area required.
The company is expected to be the 4th airline to operate an aircraft from the Embraer E-Jet E2 family, and the 3rd to operate the E190-E2, which will also be incorporated into Swiss Airlines flights.
Helvetic already uses first-generation E-Jet aircraft, with a total of 11 aircraft in its fleet. The company has ordered 12 E190-E2 aircraft to replace its current E190-E1.
Azul is set to receive its first E195-E2, which is almost finished, before Helvetic Airways received the first E190-E2 in its fleet, making the company the 4th operator of the second generation.
