The training, which began on August 20th, is done tly and has the objective of instructing the Air Defense Units in the BVR combat doctrine (from English, Beyond Visual Range, i.e. beyond visual range). In this activity, pilots cannot visualize the target and must learn to fight by managing their internal systems. These are techniques that are in line with those currently used by air units that are part of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
