A American Airlines last Saturday (24/02) opened its third destination in Jamaica. The flight from Miami International Airport (MIA) to Ian Fleming International Airport (OCJ), in Ocho Rios, continues the company's journey to the Caribbean country and maintains its position as the largest airline in the region.
The new route will be operated twice a week on an Embraer 175 aircraft with capacity for 76 engers.
With the launch of American's third destination in Jamaica, the airline will further expand its robust schedule in the country, reaching more than 100 peak weekly flights this winter, offering flights to:
- Kingston (KIN) Departing Miami (MIA);
- Montego Bay (MBJ) departing MIA, Boston (BOS);
- Chicago (ORD), Charlotte (CLT), Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW), New York (JFK), Philadelphia (PHL) and to Ocho Rios (OCJ) departing from MIA.
