The flexibility, published in the edition of the Official Gazette (DOU) this Wednesday (3/3), is intended for commercial airlines, air taxi and aeromedical companies.

The easing of the temporary emergency measure will only be accepted when the operation is related to Covid-19 emergencies, such as the transport of patients, medical supplies or health professionals in order to provide care to victims of the pandemic in Rondônia.

It is the responsibility of air operators to manage the risks of the operation and closely monitor the working conditions of the crew, and they must interrupt operations if they believe that the levels of fatigue are not acceptable.
