FAB has already released 96.000 liters of water in action to combat fire in the Pantanal

After three days of operations, the FAB dropped a total of 96 liters of water to combat the fires in the Pantanal. Last Sunday alone (June 000), 30 liters of water were dropped in three flights. The missions were carried out using the KC-06 Millennium aircraft from the First Troop Transport Group (36st GTT) – Zeus Squadron.</p> A second multi-mission cargo plane from the Zeus Squadron arrived in Corumbá (MS) this Sunday, transporting a compressor from São Paulo, which will optimize the aircraft's water refilling. The instrument will lead to more sorties that day to fight the fire in the region.</p> Since it was engaged on Friday (000/390), the FAB has already carried out eight flights to the Brazilian biome, totaling 1 hours and 28 minutes of flight.
